Giles Salter is a fully qualified Fitness and Lifestyle Coach who has a genuine passion for the industry. An ex amateur bodybuilder, Giles works with a broad range of clients of varying ages and abilities. He is also a qualified Strength Coach working with professional and semi-professional athletes, and is a Hatton certified boxing teacher.
Susana Alvarez is a fully qualified Fitness and Lifestyle Coach who specialises in working with women. She excels in helping clients with accountability which is imperative to ensure fitness is a lifestyle, not a temporary fix.
Had a great workout today. Even though I’m experienced in managing my own workouts and know how to be disciplined at the gym, this was something completely different!

Like many, I've piled on the weight and become unfit over the years. A friend recommended Giles and I started his classes, which saved me over Covid-19 lockdown.
I took things a step further with personal training. I entered Chertsey Fitness Studio in fear, but left buzzing and knowing that I can change.
Giles is simply incredible. patient but firm, fun but won't take your excuses! And a genuinely decent bloke. I'm excited about the changes ahead and I can't recommend enough.
Me and a friend do weights with Suzy on Tuesdays, she is a lovely and kind lady very easy to get on with. I am doing more than I thought I could with her help, knowledge and encouragement.
I would 100% recommend Suzy - the gym’s great and well equipped as well.
I can now do 1 full push up which is a big thing for me!
