We have Personal Trainers who specialise across all areas of fitness. With one-on-one training we offer dedicated time and effort to helping you achieve your desired goals. Whether you want to lose weight, train for an event, or to build more muscle, we can set up a personal programme for you and we'll be here to guide you through.
Personal training with Giles or Suz can be done in person at our studio, at your home, or remotely over video.
With the arrival of Covid-19 and the restrictions enforced in early 2020, we saw a real revolution within the fitness industry. We adapted to providing online classes via Zoom and found that participation and results skyrocketed. Now, we are pleased to offer corporate fitness sessions over Zoom.
Personal training with a partner is a great way to work out and keep cost down, and is also brilliant for keeping up motivation. We offer group sessions for up 4 people throughout the week.
To shed some serious calories and have some fun in the process, try our Boxfit classes. Currently these are available as a group session online or in person with Giles. Pre-lockdown, group sessions were held in person at Meath School and we hope to return there as soon as possible.
The classes take you through some basics of boxing stance and styles of punches, but focus on a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises to get your whole body working.
Being educated about what goes into your body is just as important as the exercise you do. We offer one-on-one chats about nutrition and how your body is able to process what you give it.
Personal Training sessions: £50 per hour
Partner PT sessions: £25 each per hour
One-on-one boxfit: £25 per hour
When we are able to start in-person group sessions again, the price is £5 each.

I have been doing Giles live Boxfit on a Saturday morning for the last few weeks now and I bloody love it! 500 plus calorie burner which sets you up for the weekend.
I had my first PT session today and it was great to lift some heavier weights. Giles is very professional and is fantastic with encouragement! I highly recommend Giles and will be definitely coming back to his studio!!
Can’t recommend Giles enough! Giles works you hard and takes no prisoners, however does it in the most caring way and takes account of what you’re capable of and then increases it as you go.
He pushes me to be the best I can be. I’m doing PT with my daughter and Giles know and understands the age difference and works us both accordingly. Giles you are awesome!
Have started resistance training with Giles and already loving it and can feel it improving my running. Giles pushes you but in an encouraging fun way and with nutrition advice too I'm looking forward to getting leaner, fitter and healthier very soon.
